When you’re all about spreading good vibes – as something that’s purposefully ingrained into the company culture – it’s really difficult to swallow the fact that some users are just not experiencing the product the way it was meant to be experienced. Two checkmarks indicate that the message has been delivered, meaning that the recipient has been notified. This checkmark means that the message is still sending. When you send a message on Viber, a checkmark will immediately appear in it. Keep in mind that deleting the message history won’t delete the message history for conversation participants, but only for you. This will delete all messages in every single one of your conversations. Select Clear to confirm history deletion.
